GROUP 9 Arif Arriff Nicholas Darien (HDB)

S.W.O.T
Strengths - Newly designed block.
Very airy below at the ground floor.
                    Block is near to market.
Daycare centre is near to HDB blocks.
Much sheltered areas along the block.
Weaknesses - way too windy below for some games to work.
Lack of any benches/seats at ground floor for people to sit.
Sun still hits the block at certain angles during different times.
Opportunities -  Playground which is not opened yet to the public.
rooftop garden atop the carpark could have further                     improvements.
Block could have more shelters at certain angles.
Ground floor has large empty space with airy                                                                           environment to be used for improvements.
Threats - Field near the block.
many of the walkways are near/along the carpark which                             can be dangerous to families.
